Asset Management

Concerto CAFM seamlessly integrates with the asset management system, serving as a central hub for property asset information. It offers modules for sites, equipment, estates, surveys, CAD/GIS, case management, financials, and IFRS capital accounting, providing flexible functionality, intelligent reporting, and advanced mobile technology, all at great value.

Mobile Working

Concerto’s CAFM includes free mobile working licenses, allowing users to capture helpdesk jobs on the go. Operatives/contractors can use the mobile app to update job statuses and record on-site data via barcode scanning for assets, building blocks, rooms, or equipment.

PPM

Concerto’s Facilities Management PPM module oversees the entire life cycle of planned maintenance tasks, helping the facilities team mitigate risks. The scheduler automatically generates work orders when planned maintenance is due, linking them to related survey data and compliance documentation like fire safety logs and floor plans.

Document Management

Document management is a vital part of Concerto CAFM, facilitating information exchange among operatives, clients,
and contractors. It serves as a central repository for all FM-related documentation and compliance data, encompassing
fire safety logs, legionella certificates, floor plans, surveys (asbestos, legionella, suitability, and sufficiency), notes, photos, videos, and reports.

Orders and Invoicing

The orders and invoicing feature allows orders to be raised against multiple budgets. Order sheets can be printed and automatically emailed to the supplier. A built-in authorisation facility ensures users can only approve orders to their set security limit. Incoming invoices can be uploaded and linked to the appropriate budget/project.

Works Ordering

The FM helpdesk’s work ordering lets operatives assign tasks to in-house staff or external contractors. Internal orders are sent via email, while external contractors receive an email order sheet to quote and, if approved within a preset limit, perform the work and log costs and materials for financial analysis.
