Concerto is pleased to announce the award of a contract with the Isle of Man Government to use Concerto’s Integrated Workplace Management System.

The Isle of Man Government will use the Concerto CAFM/IWMS solution to manage all aspects of their property portfolio, from planned and reactive maintenance to estates and project management.

The Isle of Man is a self-governing British Crown dependency in the Irish Sea between England and Ireland, spanning 221 square miles. It’s known for its rugged coastline, medieval castles and rural landscape, rising to a mountainous center. The Isle of Man Government Agencies consists of Departments and Divisions, Statutory Boards and Offices operating in over 450 properties. There are also many working parties and Commissions working to meet the needs of both global and local businesses and residents based on the island.

The Isle of Man Government wants to create effective new legislation, cut red tape, and reduce bureaucracy.
