Bellrock was initially contracted to provide a programme of planned and reactive maintenance managing the existing supply chain supplemented by Bellrock’s own approved suppliers. The objective was to control costs, manage spend and increase visibility of service performance supporting the Wagamama management team and their expansion strategy.
Our unique Concerto platform was installed subsequently to centralise data management and integrate the Bellrock helpdesk service. As a result, live reporting metrics are available together with over 15 weekly bespoke reports covering budget status for each restaurant, statutory compliance and supplier benchmarking.
These bespoke analytics modules together with our asset, quoted work, and work in progress surveying have dramatically improved the team’s analysis of their estate.
Alongside the maintenance programme, Bellrock has been providing a comprehensive service charge management programme for over six years, minimising service charge outlay and improving landlord services.
Service charge advice has saved on average over twice our annual service charge fee.
Cost savings have been significant for each service driving down the average order value from £235 to below £200.
