The Concerto property and estate management software solution offers a full life-cycle approach to property management. The system will allow you to manage the acquisition of a property, track any revenue or capital spend, link with the Concerto facilities management helpdesk system for operational management, report into an IFRS compliant capital accounting module and most importantly generate the strategic reports required to aid any key property-related decisions. Added to this, our embedded case management module allows all key activities, such as legal cases, requests for information and more, to be managed through a client defined workflow process.
